Privacy Policy
Effective Date: September 2, 2025
Clevonai ("Clevonai", "we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes what we collect, what we do not collect, how we use and safeguard information, and your choices when using our websites and products, including Lifemate (collectively, the "Services").
1. What We Collect
- Account data: email address, name (optional), and subscription status.
- Service and device metadata: event logs, approximate region, and technical diagnostics to ensure reliability and prevent abuse.
- Support communications: messages you send us via our Contact page.
2. What We Do Not Collect or Store
- No payment card or banking details: We do not collect or store card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN, bank account numbers, or net-banking credentials.

3. Payments: Stripe and Razorpay
All payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant payment processors such as Stripe and Razorpay. During checkout, you interact directly with these providers. We never store full card numbers or CVV, and we do not have access to your net-banking or UPI credentials.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We may use strictly necessary cookies for login sessions and fraud prevention. You can control non-essential cookies in your browser settings.
6. Data Retention
We keep account and billing records for as long as you have an account and as required by law/tax. Diagnostic logs are retained for a limited period and then deleted or anonymized.
