Our Services are offered as recurring digital subscriptions. Billing continues at the selected interval (e.g., monthly or annually) until you cancel.

2) General No‑Refund Policy

Because access to a digital service is granted immediately after purchase, payments are non‑refundable once charged. This applies to full and partial billing periods.

3) Lifemate Specific Terms

  • No‑refund policy: By purchasing Lifemate, you agree that there are no refunds after a charge is made.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel at any time; you will retain access until the end of the paid period, and there will be no further renewals.
  • No pro‑rata credits: We do not provide partial period refunds or credits if you cancel before the cycle ends.

4) Free Trials

If a free trial is not offered, your first payment is charged immediately and is non‑refundable.

5) Exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion, consider a refund or credit only for:

  • Verifiable billing errors (e.g., duplicate charge, wrong amount).
  • Where required by applicable law in your jurisdiction.

To request a review, contact us within 14 days of the charge with your invoice/receipt details.

6) How to Cancel

Cancel anytime via your account or by contacting support. After cancellation, your subscription remains active until the paid period ends. Cancelled subscriptions are not eligible for refunds.

7) Payment Processors

Payments are processed by PCI‑DSS compliant providers (e.g., Stripe and Razorpay). We do not store your card or banking details.

8) Changes to this Policy

We may update this policy; any changes will be posted here with the new effective date.
